To factory reset an Alula communication board or radio (such as the BAT-CDMA-WIFI or BAT-WIFI modules), you must tap the on-board SW1/WPS button 5 times.
Steps to Reset an Alula Radio/Communicator
- Open the device enclosure to access the main circuit board.
- Locate the SW1 or WPS button on the communicator board.
- Tap the button 5 times quickly.
- The device will perform a factory reset and disconnect from any previously paired Wi-Fi network or cellular provisioning state.
