Update Steps via NAPCO NOC
- Open the NAPCO NOC website and sign in with your dealer credentials.
- Select the specific communicator you need to update.
- Click on the Checkins tab and select Firmware Download.
- Check the box for Smart Download.
- Click Initiate Firmware Download and confirm by selecting Yes.
- Wait for the process to complete, click Refresh, and verify the current version matches the available target version.
