Common Trouble Codes
- E01-00: AC power failure (plug-in transformer disconnected or power outage).
- E02-00: System low battery (backup battery voltage is below 11V).
- E03-00: Communication failure over a telephone line.
- E04-NN: RF transmitter supervisory failure (where NN is the zone number).
- E05-NN: RF transmitter low battery (where NN is the zone number).
- E06-NN: RF receiver response trouble.
- E07-00: Download attempt failure.
- E08-00: Telco line 1 failure.
- E09-00: System cold start (lost panel programming).
