To program a module on a Fire-Lite ES-200X fire alarm panel, use the built-in keypad with the master programming password or autoprogram the SLC loop.
Entering Programming Mode
- Press the Menu button on the front panel.
- Enter the Master Programming Password (default is
00000000) to enter user/master programming mode.
Auto-Programming (Learning New Devices)
- View programming screen #1 on the LCD display.
- Press
1to select Self-programming / Autoprogram. The panel will poll the SLC loop and automatically register any connected, properly addressed modules.
Manual Point Programming
- Navigate to the Point Program option in the programming menu.
- Select the specific loop and module address number corresponding to the physical device.
- Assign the appropriate device type (e.g., monitor module, relay, pull station) and configure parameters like zone assignment or custom labels.
- Save and exit the programming menus to store the changes.
Note: For larger or more complex setups, configurations are typically done via a PC using FS-Tools Programming Software uploaded through a USB drive or cable.
