Each wireless device (excluding wireless keys) sends a supervisory signal periodically. If the receiver does not receive a signal in the time programmed for the Supervision Time, it generates a supervisory fault.
To program the wireless supervisory window complete the following steps.
- Enter [*][8][Installer Code] to enter Installer Programming.
- Enter [803] to enter the HSM2164RF Module Programming.
- Enter section [081].
- Enter the time for the supervisory window. The window is programmed in 15 minute increments. The default programming is 96 (x15minutes), which is equal to 24 hours. Valid entries are (10) to (96), equal to 2.5 to 24 hours.
- To exit press [#].
Note: Supervision must be enabled to use the RF Delinquency feature.
Note: For UL Commercial Burglary and UL/ULC Residential Fire the supervisory time shall be set to 4 hours.
Note: For Residential Burg (UL/ULC) the supervisory time shall be set to 24 hours.
