PowerSeries Neo: How to change the clock

To change the clock (date and time) on a DSC PowerSeries Neo system, you need to access the user functions menu using your master code. The specific steps will vary slightly depending on whether you have an LCD keypad with full message display or a touchscreen keypad.

For LCD Keypads (e.g., PK5500)

1. Press the * button followed by 6.
2. Enter your system’s master code. (If you don’t know it, contact your alarm provider).
3. Press 1 to select Time and Date programming, or use the < or > arrow keys to scroll to the “Time and Date” option and press *.
4. Enter the correct time and date using the number keys:
   • Time: Use a four-digit, 24-hour (military time) format (HHMM). For example, for 2:30 PM, enter 1430.
   • Date: Use a six-digit format (MMDDYY). For example, for October 21, 2025, enter 102125.
5. Press the # key to exit programming.
