- From the main screen, swipe down from the top to access the quick menu.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Advanced Settings.
- Enter your installer or dealer code.
- Tap WIFI.
- Make sure that WIFI is enabled and that the panel is connected to a network.
- Tap the gear icon next to the Wi-Fi settings to access Advanced WIFI Settings.
- Tap the WIFI Advance Configuration Band Steering option.
- Select either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz to disable the dual-band connection.
- Press OK or Change to save the setting.
