To program your DSC PC5010 (Power832) to use Contact ID, you need to set the monitoring phone number, account number, and communicator format.
Programming Steps:
- Enter Programming Mode: Press [*] [8] [Installer Code]. (The default is
5555). - Set Phone Number: Enter [301], type the central station’s phone number, then press [#]. (If needed, press [*] [4] to enter a hex digit for an extra pause or [*] for a hex ‘F’ to fill remaining unused spaces).
- Set Account Number: Enter [310], type your 4-digit Account Number, then press [#].
- Set Communicator Format: Enter [360], enter [03] (the code for Contact ID), and press [#].
- Enable Call Reporting: Enter [380], and ensure the [1] option is toggled ON.
- Set Zone Report Codes: Enter [320], and enter a 2-digit reporting code (e.g., [31]) for all zones sequentially, then press [#].
- Exit Programming: Press [#] twice.
