Enable exit countdown on Vista 21iP

To enable the visual exit countdown display on your Honeywell Vista 21iP, use an alpha keypad to enter programming mode via your Installer Code (default 4112) plus 800, press *197, enter a refresh rate from 1 to 5 seconds, and press *99 to save and exit.

Enable Exit Countdown Display

• Enter programming mode: type 4112 (Installer Code) + 800
• Access display field: type *197
• Set refresh rate: enter a number from 1 to 5 (this represents the number of seconds between display updates, e.g., 2 refreshes every 2 seconds like 30, 28, 26…)
• Exit programming mode: type *99 to save and return to normal operation

Enable Audible Exit Beeps (Optional)

If you also want beeping sounds during the countdown, make sure the audible exit warning is turned on:

• While in programming mode, press *37
• Enter 1 to enable the audible warning (or 0 to disable)
• Press *99 to exit programming
