The IQ Panel 5 panel does not support access point firmware upgrades. To update an IQ 5 the panel must be connected to WiFi and updated through the panel upgrade menu or from ADC Portal. The panel must already be on software version 5.0.1 or higher to install version 5.0.2.
Update Instructions
- Swipe down from the top of the screen or single click on the clock and tap “Settings”.
- Tap on “Advanced Settings”.
- Enter the installer code. The default installer code is 1111.
- Select the “Upgrade Software”.
- Click on “Patch Tag” and type iqpanel5.0.2, then click “OK”.
- Click on “Upgrade Using Network”.
