Silent Disarming gives the option to the user to disarm the panel without causing any beeping sound at the panel or peripheral keypads. (Firmware version: 4.6.1)
Silent Disarming Feature only allows the user to disarm the panel without making the beeping sound when it is armed in “Stay Mode”.
- Arm the system in “Stay Mode” or “Silent Arming” then select Stay Mode
- Once it is fully armed, a new additional bubble icon will show at the panel labelled as “Silent Disarm”
- By clicking on “Silent Disarm” it will begin the entry delay count down without beeping sound to disarm the system.
- If user still wants to entry beeps, instead of pressing the “Silent Disarm”, they will have to press on “Arm Stay” to start the count down to disarm the beeping.
